– **Stock Availability:** We strive to maintain accurate stock counts, but discrepancies may occur. If an item is out of stock, we will fulfill the available items and contact you regarding the rest.

**2. Shipping Costs**
– Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items. The final shipping cost will be collected with the purchase.

**3. Delivery Terms**

3.1 Transit Time Domestically
– Domestic shipments typically take 2-7 days in transit.

3.2 Transit Time Internationally
– International shipments usually take 4-22 days in transit, depending on the selected courier.

3.3 Dispatch Time
– Orders are usually dispatched within two business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays.

3.4 Change of Delivery Address
– Address changes can be made any time before the order has been dispatched.

3.5 P.O. Box Shipping
– We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only and cannot offer courier services to these locations.

3.6 Military Address Shipping
– We can ship to military addresses using USPS but cannot offer this service using courier services.

3.7 Items Out of Stock
– In-stock items will be dispatched immediately, and the remaining items will be sent once they are back in stock.

3.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
– If the delivery time exceeds the forecasted time, please contact us for an investigation.

**4. Tracking Notifications**
– Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow the shipment’s progress based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.

**5. Parcels Damaged in Transit**
– If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel was delivered without your presence, contact customer service for further instructions.

6.2 Import Duties & Taxes
– Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. These costs vary by country, and BeYofi Naturals encourages you to be aware of them before placing an order. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to BeYofi Global at your expense, and you will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the return shipping cost. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

**7. Cancellations**
– We accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.

**8. Insurance**
– Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

– We will process a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation into the claim.

– We will process a refund or replacement once the courier deems the parcel lost after their investigation.
