Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) for your participation in the BeYofi PrePaid Visa Rewards Program (“Program”). By activating and/or using your BeYofi PrePaid Visa Card (“Card”), you acknowledge and accept these Terms, as well as those set forth in your BeYofi Cardholder Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Card. 

1. Participation & Eligibility 

• The Program is offered exclusively to individuals who have lawfully received, registered, and activated a BeYofi PrePaid Visa Card. 

• Participation is void where prohibited by law. Users must be of legal age in their jurisdiction. 

• BeYofi reserves the right to verify eligibility and suspend any account or Card at its discretion. 

2. Card Usage 

• The Card is not transferable and may only be used by the registered cardholder. 

• Use is limited to merchants accepting Visa prepaid cards, subject to available balance and applicable laws. 

• Use of the Card constitutes acceptance of this Agreement and all related terms and policies as amended from time to time. 

3. Rewards Accrual and Redemption 

• Rewards are earned on eligible purchases as disclosed in your Cardholder Agreement or promotional materials. Not all transactions qualify for rewards. 

• Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, unless required by law, and may only be used as specified by BeYofi. 

• BeYofi reserves the right to change earning rates, redemption options, or disqualify transactions without notice. 

4. Account Information and Privacy 

• All information provided must be accurate and complete. Any discrepancies may result in suspension or termination of privileges. 

• Your personal information will be used in accordance with the BeYofi Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws. 

• BeYofi may share information with service providers or partners as required to operate the Program and process transactions. 

5. Fees and Charges 

• Any fees applicable will be disclosed in your Cardholder Agreement. Additional fees may apply for certain transactions or inactivity subject to legal limitations. 

• BeYofi reserves the right to modify fees with statutory notice as required. 

• Inactivity fees are $3.95 per calendar month for non-use 

6. Lost/Stolen Cards and Unauthorized Use 

• Report lost or stolen cards immediately to BeYofi Customer Service. 

• You may not be liable for unauthorized transactions if promptly reported, as governed by VISA’s Zero Liability policy and local regulations. 

• Investigation of fraud may result in suspended access or loss of rewards. 

7. Program Modification or Termination 

• BeYofi reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or amend any aspect of the Program or this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, as permitted by law. 

• In the event of Program termination, unredeemed rewards may expire in accordance with regulatory guidelines. 

8. Dispute Resolution 

• Disputes regarding transactions or rewards must be submitted to BeYofi in writing within 60 days of the transaction or event. 

• This Agreement is governed by the laws stated in your Cardholder Agreement. 

• By participating, you agree to binding arbitration for dispute resolution, unless prohibited by law. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

• BeYofi and its affiliates, service providers, and VISA are not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from Program participation or Card use. 

• Liability is limited as permitted by applicable law. 

10. Regulatory Compliance 

• This Program operates in accordance with all applicable banking, financial, and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. 

• Participation may be restricted or terminated due to regulatory requirements or noncompliance. 

11. Notices 

• BeYofi may provide required updates or notices via mail, email, the BeYofi app, or website. 

12. Acceptance 

• By activating or using your Card, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Cardholder Agreement and these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
